Through volunteering, pro bono consulting, and advocacy, Project by Project (PbP) has delivered over $1,000,000 in monetary impact and over 50,000 annual hours in human capital to Asian American communities.
OVER 25 YEARS OF IMPACT
Looking back on Project by Project’s work, one word that comes to mind is community. Amidst a global pandemic, separation from loved ones, and xenophobia towards Asian American, Black, and other communities of color, our volunteers and Board continued to innovate how we serve our communities. We remain 100% volunteer-run and banded together and continue to strengthen our relationships with the community we serve, our beneficiary partners and our own PbP community of volunteers.
We not only implemented marketing, human capital and fundraising strategies on behalf of our nonprofit beneficiaries, but established a restaurant relief fund, created Asian-language voter guides, pivoted to virtual events in service of Civic & Political Empowerment, and much more. We hope to carry this spirit of resilience with us as we enter the new year with a sense of optimism and renewal.
